Real Estate Empire 2 features four increasingly difficult scenarios, each consisting of a number of levels.
"First Things First" will gently show you the ropes with a series of very easy-to-understand and complete levels, and will conclude with a few tester levels to make sure that you have really gotten the hang of things.
"Before The Crash" is a scenario that might remind you of the old TLC show "Flip That House", where it seemed easy to buy, renovate and flip houses for wonderful amounts of cash. Based on the Southern California real estate market of the late 1990's and early 2000's, the scenario allows you to build your nest egg, then transform it into a small fortune, and concludes with you scrambling to get out before the whole thing collapses!
In "The Inheritance", your favorite old uncle Willy has passed away and left you with a falling down old trailer park to fix up! The tenants are cranky, the place is beat and the whole shebang looks like it's ready to self destruct. For those who love a challenge, this scenario features six levels where you take the park from tear-down-awful to brand spanking new. Go ahead, make your old uncle Willy proud!
"High Roller" is the last scenario. Start by buying and selling residential real estate in the suburbs of New Jersey. When you've accumulated some cash, move up to renovating and selling mansions on the Hudson for big bucks. Then join the ranks of the high rollers of Manhattan and play the ultimate high stakes poker game of buying up, renting out and selling high end office real estate!
